Have just been sorting through my photo drawer and realising it is time to have a sort out! Have been going through all my old photos, throwing away those that are out of focus or too dark (and having a wonderful trip down memory lane whilst doing so !) I thought I'd better start doing some more scrapbooking as I hadn't done any for a while I really enjoyed the change from cardmaking and aim to do more scrapping this year-I have enough photos to keep me scrapping for LIFE! and I'm not even counting those on the computer!
The page aboveis of Luca in Winter 2000, he had just taken his first steps (with the help of the sofa). I tried to keep some 'white space' in the layout and am quite pleased with the effect, although it is tempting to want to fill in the white. The tag contains secret journalling.
The second one is of Luca having fun with strips of paper originally intended for papier mache. I wanted a scruffy, messy feel to the layout to echo the paper mess!
